02 Age Restriction — 18+ Only

During the registration process, every new player is required to provide their date of birth and submit a government-issued identity document — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — confirming they meet the minimum age requirement. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an adult are suspended pending verification and permanently closed if verification fails.

03 Deposit Limits

Decreasing a limit is instant. If you lower your deposit limit, the new lower limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit has a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period. If you request an increase, it will not take effect for 24 hours — giving you time to reconsider. This asymmetry is deliberate and is designed in your interest.

04 Time-Out & Session Reminders
Sometimes the best thing you can do is step away from the screen for a while. vb66 offers two distinct tools to help you take a break: session time reminders and the time-out feature.
Session Time Reminders
A session time reminder is a soft prompt. You set a duration — for example, 1 hour — and when that time has elapsed during a play session, vb66 will display a notification on your screen. The notification tells you how long you have been playing and reminds you that you can stop at any time. You can then choose to continue playing or log out. No account action is taken automatically; the reminder is purely informational and is there to promote mindful play.
Time-Out Feature
A time-out is a harder stop. When you activate a time-out, your vb66 account is immediately suspended from all gambling activity for the duration you select:
- 24 hours
- 48 hours
- 7 days
- 30 days
During a time-out period, you cannot log in to place bets, make deposits, or access any gambling feature on vb66. You can still log in to view your transaction history or submit a withdrawal request for any existing balance. When the time-out period expires, your account is automatically restored to full active status — no further action is required from you.

05 Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is vb66's most powerful responsible gaming tool. Self-exclusion goes further than a time-out: it is a formal request that vb66 close your account to gambling activity for a substantial period of time.
vb66 offers the following self-exclusion durations:

- Permanent exclusion (indefinite, with no automatic reinstatement)
Once a self-exclusion request is submitted and confirmed, it takes effect immediately. During the exclusion period:
- You cannot log in to place bets or access any gambling feature.
- You will be unsubscribed from all vb66 promotional communications.
- Any active bonuses or pending bonus offers are cancelled.
- You may still contact support to request withdrawal of any existing positive balance.
Self-exclusion is serious and deliberately difficult to reverse. Requests to lift a self-exclusion early are subject to a mandatory review period and a minimum 7-day cooling-off period before any reinstatement can be considered. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed. vb66 retains self-exclusion records for a minimum of 7 years to prevent inadvertent re-registration during an active exclusion period.

06 Signs of Problem Gambling

- Repeatedly failing to stick to self-imposed limits on time or money spent gambling.
- Gambling to escape stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness, or other emotional difficulties.
- Chasing losses — continuing to gamble in an attempt to recover money you have already lost.
- Lying to friends or family about how much time or money you spend on gambling.
- Neglecting work, studies, family responsibilities, or personal relationships because of gambling.
- Feeling a compulsive urge to increase the size of your bets to maintain the same level of excitement.
- Experiencing feelings of guilt, shame, or regret after gambling sessions.
