Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits via supported mobile wallets are credited to your vb66 balance immediately under normal operating conditions.

• Any funds remaining in your account that were derived from bonuses not yet satisfying the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are met.

Where a breach is identified, vb66 reserves the right to take immediate action including suspension or termination of the account, withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation, and voiding of winnings derived from the prohibited conduct. Decisions reached following investigation will be communicated to the player via their registered email address.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity in connection with the account.
• Account inactivity — an account with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. vb66 will notify the registered email address before any dormant account action is taken.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion through the responsible gaming dashboard.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legal requirement compelling account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure, including both deposited funds and bonus credits, may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request — or as a result of responsible gaming self-exclusion — the verified balance of real-money funds (excluding bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

• Any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss of any kind.

• Losses arising from your inability to access the platform due to internet connectivity issues, device incompatibility, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or events beyond vb66's reasonable control including natural disasters, power failures, cyberattacks, or government action.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit vb66's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

The vb66 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for service interruptions resulting in the inability to place bets during any particular event or time window.

You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss, and that no information, guidance, or content provided on vb66 constitutes investment advice, financial planning guidance, or a guarantee of any particular outcome.
